Simply place your orders Monday - Friday before 3:00pm (EST) and Saturdays before 11:00am (EST), to ensure that your order gets shipped the same day. Orders placed at other times will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday and national holidays will ship the next business day.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. If you need immediate assistance please write "Urgent" in the subject of your email and we will make it a priority to respond immediately. This applies to weekends too.

Problems with international shipments are usually rare, but you should be aware of our International Shipping terms and conditions. Please check with the Customs Office in your country regarding the rules and levies for the items you wish to purchase from us. As the buyer, you are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties that may be levied on your order.

We do enclose a packing slip for your reference within your package. We also provide the shipper with customs and shipping forms as required by them to facilitate a quicker clearance thru customs. However, if the shipment is returned back to us because of failure to comply with Customs rules or payment of tariffs, we will refund the customer 80% of the value of the unopened items, to cover our handling and re-stocking costs. The shipping costs are not refundable.

All of Misalli Lingerie orders are shipped in a plain corrugated box addressed to you from Shipping Dept. and the words "lingerie" and "Misalli Lingerie" do not appear on the outside; the sender will be "Shipping Dept."

We will provide a tracking number on the same day on orders placed before 3 P.M. or on the next business days for orders placed after 3 P.M. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
