- Do you have a Printed Catalog? We do not at the moment. In order to pass down savings in terms of lower prices to you and in an effort to be environmentally responsible, we are currently not printing a catalog.
- Can I
order by phone or Fax? Yes,

10:00am - 5:00pm EST to place your order by phone and a representative
will be happy to assist you. Have your Item(s) sku #s, Billing Address,
Shipping Address and Credit Card information readily available so that
we can quickly
process your order. If you wish to place your order by
fax you can do so by filling out the attached Fax Order Form with your order details and
payment information. Make sure you clearly print all the details in
this order form. If for any reason, any of the information is not

- What shipping option do you use for Flat-rate Shipping? We use USPS Priority Mail which can take anywhere from 2-8 business days for delivery. (Depending on your shipping address).
- What other shipping options do you offer? We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and UPS (UPS Ground Service, UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address.
- Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, please note that the only shipping method available for shipping to APO/FPO address is USPS Priority Mail.
- How do I know my order was placed? Once you click on the "Confirm Order" button at checkout, you will instantly receive an email confirming your order. The email consist of a detailed invoice of your order. TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT. If you do not receive an email confirming your order, your order possibly did not go through. - My credit card is getting Declined Please make sure that the billing address matches the address in your credit card. It's very important that you enter the CVV code which normally appears at the end of the credit card account number or at the signature panel in the back of your credit card. For American Express please use the 4 digits CVV code which appears in the front of the card above the account number.
- Why do you need
my email address and phone number? It is very important that you
provide a contact number and an email address where we can contact you
in case we have any other questions about your order or need further
information. Sometimes, customers forget to include apt #'s,
suite #s or erroneously order 2-3 items of the same. We like to
confirm this information in such cases and need to have your contact
number and email address.
- Can I add additional comments to my order? Yes, if you have any concerns or wish to write a message if you are sending the package to someone else, you may do this at the "Message Box" during checkout.
- Will my order ship out today? Your order will ship the same day if placed by 3:00pm EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Do you ship order on
Saturdays? Yes,
if you place your order before 1:00pm ESTon Saturdays we will ship your
order the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST and on Sundays will
ship Monday morning.
- Do you ship internationally? We use UPS Global Priority Mail and USPS Global for international orders. Please note that in addition to the shipping charges you will also be responsible for additional custom fees and tariffs that may be applied by the Customs Dept for your country. The order that you place with us will not include the Customs fee. The shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
- How do I know if my order was shipped? You will receive an email by the end of the day with your tracking number and detailed information about your package.
- When will you ship backordered items? If an item is backordered we will notify you immediately. In such case you have the option to receive the in-stock merchandise as schedule and wait for the backordered items to become available or you can just cancel the backordered merchandise. Please note that we have no control of when the backordered merchandise is going to become available. If the manufacturer has the merchandise in stock it can take up to 2 weeks for them to deliver it to us. We will then ship it to you , which will take approximately 1-xi25 business days after we receive it.
- Is the packaging discreet? Yes, we use plain corrugated boxes to ship out your order and our business name or the word "Lingerie" does not appear anywhere in the outside of the box. Ship From will be ML, Customer Service, 253, Main St. Suite #206, Matawan, NJ 07747.
- How do I return or Exchange an Item? You must write to returns@misallilingerie.com to obtain an RA# before returning any merchandise. We will not accept returns without an RA# and the package will be returned at customer's expense. No Exceptions. Please refer to: www.misallingerie.com/returns.php for detailed information. If you wish to make an exchange, we suggest that you place a new order in order to avoid the item from being out of stock, request and RA# and then return your item. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return and email you a refund confirmation.
- Can I return/exchange a Sale/Clearance Item? No, all of our on Sale/Clearance items are final sale. Please review our size charts carefully and enlarge the product(s) images to take a closer look at the fabric and color and any other manufacturing details. Sale items are not Returnable or Refundable.
- How soon will I get my refund? As soon as we receive your return and it's approved, it can take from 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your credit statement. You will receive an email with the refund information.
- How
can I leave a Customer Testimonial? The
testimonials you see in our website are posted with the permission of
our customers. If you wish to add your comments you can either

We offer a variety of shipping possibilities in association with our shipping partners UPS and USPS. Your shipping rate will be calculated and presentated to you during the checkout process which is computed by UPS and USPS based on the shipping address that you provide. If your order is received by 3 P.M. (EST) it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 P.M. EST will be processed the next business day .
Misalli Lingerie cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped with Delivery Confirmation and tracked by the USPS as "Delivered". Please ensure that you use a safe address where your package can be shipped. If you feel the address is unsafe, we recommend that you use an alternate shipping address where someone can receive the package for you.
Please note that if you select the UPS 3 Day Select service, UPS does not guarantee delivery in 3 days.

Misalli Lingerie offers Flati-rate Priority Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. If you select an alternate method during checkout the actual rates will be calculated based on your shipped to address.
All of Misalli Lingerie orders are shipped in a plain corrugated box addressed to you from Shipping Dept. and the words "lingerie" and "Misalli Lingerie" do not appear on the outside; the sender will be "Shipping Dept."

Where can I find my tracking number?
We will provide a tracking number on the same day on orders placed before 3 P.M. or on the next business days for orders placed after 3 P.M. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please click on the link to check shipment status. Please make sure you check your mail filters to ensure that you are not blocking us from sending you emails.
Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for any packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping information or marked as Unclaimed by USPS or UPS.

if we do not hear from you within 5-7 business days we will automatically refund your account for the total purchase less a 15% restocking fee.

We highly recommend that you hand wash all your lingerie and hosiery with a gentle detergent and fabric softener. Never use Bleach when washing your lingerie and hosiery.
